How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Anyone who contacts Gatenba Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
- Your experience when calling or messaging Gatenba Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Gatenba Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.
Steps to File a Complaint
Email contact@gatenba.living and include:
1. Your name and a way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
