Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Gatenba Concrete wants gatenba.living to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Write in plain, everyday words
- Give every form field a clear label
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to talk with a provider in our network. You can also email contact@gatenba.living, and we will do what we can to help.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@gatenba.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong, and what you expected
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
